The RF-7800W-PA440 is a bidirectional amplifi er designed specifi cally for
the RF-7800W-OU440 Broadband Ethernet Radio. The RF-7800W-PA440
will provide a minimum system gain of +8 db.
Operating over the entire range of 4.4 to 5.0 GHz, the RF-7800W-PA440
provides 5 watts peak and 500 milliwatts average transmit power.
The RF-7800W-PA440 can be used to improve range and data rates when
operating at longer ranges or when using low gain antennas. The amplifi er
can be used in both point-to-point and point-to-multipoint modes of the
Broadband Ethernet Radio.
The RF-7800W-PA440 is small and lightweight, making it quick and easy to
mount next to the Broadband Ethernet Radio and antenna. The amplifi er
is supplied with all necessary mounting hardware and cabling for mounting
next to and connecting with the Broadband Ethernet Radio.
Power for the RF-7800W-PA440 comes from the included power supply or it
may be powered from the RF-7800W-JU100 Network Interface Unit.
