DESCRIPTION
The BUH313 is manufactured using Multiepitaxial
Mesa technology for cost-effective high
performance and uses a Hollow Emitter structure
to enhanceswitching speeds.
The BUH series is designed for use in horizontal
deflection circuits in televisions and monitors.
