DESCRIPTION
The AC16DSMA and AC16FSMA are all diffused mold type
triac granted RMS on-state current 16 A, with rated voltages up
to 600 V.
FEATURES
• Isolated plastic package (modified TO-220AB)
• 150 A surge current
