PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The 13LED20 is a 1300nm surface emitting
LED. It is intended for use in low cost, short
haul multi-mode optical communication
systems operating to 100MB/s and for use in
optical test and measurement equipment.
The device can be assembled in a TO can or
mounted in an SC, ST or FC receptacle.
Custom packages are an option.
